Book order privacy

We collect your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, quantity and UPI transaction reference to fulfil your order, verify payment, send order updates and handle replacements.

Orders are stored in a private database hosted by Google Firebase. Netlify processes website requests; Zoho sends order emails. Delivery details are shared with the courier needed to ship your book. Requests are rate-limited to reduce abuse; temporary counters use a keyed hash of the network address. Your UPI PIN and banking password are never collected here.

Access is restricted to authorised order staff. This form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Your browser temporarily stores an order reference and payment-submission token so you can complete the order in the same tab.

We keep order records while fulfilment, support or required record-keeping needs remain. Contact books@tmraja.com to request access, corrections or deletion; some records may need to be retained for applicable accounting requirements.
