Work

Campaigns, games & communities

None of it worked because it was loud. It worked because it was coherent. Every piece reinforced a single truth about who we were and who we served.

Marketing Premier League

A strategy game I designed to teach marketing through competitive play. Eight franchises compete to build the highest-performing portfolio within a fixed budget and real constraints. Six turning points mirror what actually happens inside B2B organisations: budgets slashed mid-year, board mandates that override strategy, a late-season signing that changes the math.

Teams never see raw scores, only chip states: Healthy, Exposed, Damaged. They read the room, trade assets, and defend their thesis when the game breaks their plan. It teaches one thing without saying it until the end: adaptability is the capability.

The ABM Heist

In May 2026, I ran an Account-Based Marketing masterclass at Kissflow HQ for nearly 90 marketers, founders and business leaders, hosted by the Chennai Marketers Circle. No deck. A physical workbook on every table. ABM rebuilt as a Money Heist operation: the buying committee mapped as a crew, channels as the plan, sequencing as the operation.

The community called it one of the strongest ABM sessions Chennai's B2B marketing community has seen.

The Beachhead Game

Built for a session called Enterprise Marketing in the Modern Era, for Chennai Marketers and Founders. A 13-point GTM philosophy from a real advisory engagement, turned into a live decision exercise instead of a slide of principles — a path from T Nagar, where everyone is your customer, to a real beachhead or not.

It ran once, live, for about 22 attendees. The lesson landed without being stated: focus beats scale in the early stages.

The Mandate Table

A 45-minute exercise that makes a room's real priorities visible — including to itself. Built first for my own team at Kissflow, then rebuilt from scratch for a completely different room: US Higher Ed CIOs.

Everyone writes their Problem Card privately, drops from seven cards to three, and the room sees its real priorities revealed at once, side by side.

06 · Being a giver

None of us get there alone

"பயன்தூக்கார் செய்த உதவி நயன்தூக்கின் நன்மை கடலின் பெரிது."

Help given without expecting anything in return, if weighed, will be vaster than the sea.

In 2023, I offered personalised video responses to anyone with a question on marketing, career, or building a team. More than 50 people showed up. Some wrote back months later to say something from that conversation had shifted things for them.

Whatever knowledge I have was built by the investment of hundreds of people. If some of it can save someone a few months of struggle, I share it. I continue to open slots periodically for one-on-one conversations. Follow me on LinkedIn to know when the next round opens.
